Great tournament for Florian!
He really can some great tennis, could have been even easier, but still a good win for Flo!
If he stays healthy, he definetly should be able to reach top 30 soon!

Wow, I totaly forgot about this challenger...Well done, Gilles! You should win this, but reaching the final is not bad either.

Now I'll go check out which mugs did Gilles beat enroute to the final. I only know about 1st round win against Gasquet.

Why the fuck is Simon playing that joke of a tourney! And who in the damn blue hell was the first seed?

Lord have mercy.

Nalbandian/Davydenko/Berdych/Gulbis/Nadal rock, the rest is more or less sucky.

Lots of top players play this Challenger, it has got a better draw than a lot of ATP events. The reason it is so popular is because early losers in Indian Wells can go to Florida early to get some practice for Miami. Stepanek was the top seed. The winner gets 125 point here, while IW and Miami R16 losers get 90. The points are NOT to be laughed at. I remember Soderling counted his Sunrise win in his ranking breakdown last year.

High price check, good competition(deeper than most atp250). Basically good for players that need matches to regain form and not early round exits in two Masters tournaments. Perfect tournament for players like Stepanek and Simon to gain some self-confidence. Last year it was Soderling.
