Almagro peaking for Acapulco.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

no, no match points for him I think

Basically, they all won their service games very easily till 4-3 in the third set when Gimeno broke Almagro

Almagro was very annoyed and surly the whole match, discussed with the coaches in the stands

I miss: Ivan Lendl, Korda, Novak, Bruguera, Rios, Kucera, Courier, Mantilla, Costa, Santoro and Ferreira.

Good luck to:

Gaudio, Murray, Florian Mayer, Chela, Nalbandian, Radek Stepanek, Volandri, Youzhny and Verdasco.

NICOLAS ALMAGRO IS AN EXOTIC BEAUTY

Almagro fell on his wrist in the second set, looked like it hurt a hell of a lot (not surprisingly!).

Not too good after that, and didn't seem overly upset at losing the tiebreak.

He supposedly played a couple 5 setters with a broken wrist, seem very idiotic to play a MM two weeks later. Hope he didn't reinjure himself.
