Regarding Del Potro, i can see him reaching #1 by 2012, but also expect to see him tumble down the rankings by 2015~~ due to injuries! his body and gamestyle just seem like they would take their toll (similar to Philippoussis only mentally stronger)

Is Cilic your pick for number 1 and if so, why?

In no particular order:

*Murray
*Bhambri
*Tomic - maybe no.1
*Djokovic

*Someone I can't really anticipate at this time.

Federer at about no.6 with heavily reduced schedule and STILL a significant threat at the Slams, oh and to have just won the Australian Open

Nadal to retire before the end of 2015, and not be in the top 5 in February 2015.

Yeah Cilic is my pick for #1 in 2015
I can`t really justify it but i just think he`s got lots of room for improvement, and he`s already shown the right mentality to be a champion. Even though winning MM tourneys is no big deal, its the way he dealt with expectations going to Zagreb~~ after his SFs appearance in AO, and winning his home tourney [2nd year in a row] despite obvious fatigue. Thats shows he`s tough Obviously his serve & forehand can become huge weapons, and as i said there`s lots of room for improvement [a good thing], unlike Djokovic who may have maximised his potential!

Also expect Murray & Del Potro to get to #1 at some point

Yeah, I expect the same of Murray and Del Potro.

I feel Cilic lacks that extra flair and 'genius' that the very top players tend to have, but I do like him a lot as a player in how he conducts himself, his fluid movement and his big serve. He's also shown some great mental resilience and I think he could win 1 Slam.

Impossible to pick. Any of the top current players could prospectively be there. New guys probably will be too.

Federer will still be trucking along getting like 2 slams a year at that point. He will be #1, crushing all the newbies in his wake.

It's really foolishly to think that Federer could be no.1 after 5 years. He will be 34 in 2015.I think,he will retire after 2012 Olympics

Grigor Dimitrov | Rafael Nadal | Juan Martin del Potro | Andy Murray
