Marcos looked impressive out there. A whole deal of nice shots.

Don't forget Blake had a knee-injury, that's why he wasn't very active on court.

Yeah. I only saw the second set, and Blake didn't put in much of an effort.

Rotterdam Rd1: Baghdatis beat Blake 6-4,6-2

Really disappointed by James performance. Outplayed by Marcos and very crappy play. A lot of unforced errors, shaky service and attacks through the middle. Of course Baghdatis played a very solid game today but Blake was unable to take advantage of 48 % 1st percentage of Marcos. It was very surprising taking into account his recent match vs. Del Potro.

Exactly, I was hoping for Davydenko vs. Blake tomorrow.

Nicely done, Baggy.

Despite the injury Marcos still had to win the match.

Did Blake ever mention in his autobiography about not quitting on court? The guy has never retired from a match in his career.

Re: Rotterdamm R1: Baghdatis b. Blake 6/4 6/2

Disappointing match. Baggy did well.

Tsonga - Wawrinka - Del Potro - Gasquet - F.Lopez - Monfils - Haas - Janowicz - Youzhny - Tomic - Hewitt - Gulbis - Mahut - Haase - Schoorel - Sijsling - Huta Galung - De Bakker - Van der Duim - Westerhof - Middelkoop - Koolhof - Lootsma - S&T. Griekspoor - Sels - Van Rijthoven

All time: Safin - Schalken - Krajicek - Sluiter - Verkerk - Henman - Ivanisevic - Nalbandian - Ferrero - Philippoussis - Sampras - Siemerink - Blake - F.Gonzalez - Ancic - Haarhuis/Eltingh

Still supporting all the Dutchies despite their great choking skills
Looking forward to the Dutch Futures and Challengers this summer!

I expected much more from this match.Blake was almost terrible at times.

But nice win for Markos and nice perfomance.

Same problem Blake has with Hewitt. The real quesiton today was if Baggy's shoulder was healed up fine - apparently he was pretty close to not playing Rotterdam.

Yeah that's impressive. Federer shares that record. Difference is, Blake has 0 walkovers handed, Fed has one. I think that was against Blake coincidentally

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.
Somewhere out there, there is a homeless person who once took betting advice from GSMnadal
