Costa da Sauipe R1 : MacHado def. Daniel 6-3 7-6 (3)

Machado needed 5 match points to take this one and Daniel peaking for the Bogota challenger.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

just a warm-up to Daniel, he is pacing himself to the upcoming colombian challenger swing... as we speak he is going to cash the 1st round check, so the "Davi's milk trip of the week" is done. Daniel, you freaking legend.

The massive crowd there enjoyed some big hitting from Machado. The sponsors of the event own the resort where it's held, it's an hour from Salvador, so not the easiest place to get to.

Daniel never got past 1st round in CdS, 5th try for the guy. That kind of information I only see after the game...
