AO QF: R.Federer(1) def. N.Davydenko(6) 2-6, 6-3 6-0 7-5

Wow Roger,

Not sure if i want to make a comment on this roller coaster match.

I have no idea how Roger gets himself out of the tough moments like the first set, maybe the toilet break did it for him? Who knows.

The 11th game in the fourth set was tight with the many deuces.

Well done Federer, 23 semis in a now!

The question was if Davy could handle the thought of beating Fed when it really counts. The answer is a resounding no.

I really thought Fed was down for the count because Denko has had his measure in recent times. But no! How quickly that match changed. Denko didn't win a game for an hour or something like that. Crazy match. Federer again somewhat lucky to win.
