Favourites are: Fed, Kolya and Delpo. By that order.

Delpo? Still? His form has been less than impressive.

RAFAEL NADAL| JANKO TIPSAREVIC| ERNESTS GULBIS| JO-WILFRIED TSONGA
ANYONE BUT MURRAY IN 2012

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

Juan isn't taking this slam. Roddick's experience and fitness will carry him through, clearing the way for another Federer-Nadal final because, as I've said before, Federer and Nadal are the top-two favourites for every slam they enter. They're just too good not to be.

That said, Murray needs to get past Isner before he even gets a shot at Rafa.
And one of those wins was 6-1 6-2 on hardcourt in 09....nothing to indicate a Murray win.

Not realistic if you think Karlovic can win, unlikely to win a set...

That match was just bizarre though, wasn't there 50 MPH gusts?

On a hardcourt, both should be evenly matched.

I was absolutely right when I predicted DelPo won't even reach SF in AO. That prediction came even before Kooyong. You can check AO 2010 discussions thread.

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

These prediction threads. And this thread in particular Sod out. Delpo out. Ivo ousted by Clay King. True, Nadal's got some big tests coming up but given that he's playing without injury distractions and his personal problems seemingly in check, I think he'll end up outlasting his opponents, wearing them down, or simply adjusting his game when he's in trouble. The guy has an acute tennis brain and I have confidence in that brain and in his drive to win. As this is a prediction thread, if he loses, he'll go down fighting. And that is admirable.

and it's not going to be nadal. nadal has lost ALL HIS MATCHES AGAINST TOP FIVE PLAYERS SINCE APRIL 2009. he's not playing well enough to break that trend. murray will win in three or four sets, max.

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

that's easy answer....because Murray is going to win the title

GO Roger Federer, Nick Kyrgios, Borna Coric, Vasek Pospisil, Kei Nishikori, , Milos Raonic, Jerzy Janowicz, Grigor Dimitrov, Dennis Novikov and Bernard Tomic and Mikael Ymer

Thiem will be No 1 by May 2018
Nick Kyrgios will be No 2 by Sep 2018
Mikael Ymer will be No 3 by Dec 2018
Alexander Zverev will be No 1 by Dec 2018
