WWW: London RR Federer vs. JM Del Potro

Will Fed get vengence for his total defeat at the US Open and losing his #16 or will Del Potro win again?

Re: WWW: London RR Federer vs. JM Del Potro

Well Federer had chances to be two sets to love up at the US open final, but credit to Del Potro to fight it out and win the set (and match in general).

Federer's slice was terrific today and if he does more of the same against Del Potro, Del Potro will have lots of trouble dealing with it. Now a days, you never know with Fed what game will be bring to the table. I think Fed should win this one in straights though.

Re: WWW: London RR Federer vs. JM Del Potro

I'd love to say Federer has this one, but lately Federer has the unqualified ability to completely choke and lose to the crappist players.

WTF Match No. 1 - Nadal Aussie Open Final: MASSIVE last set choke, WTF?
WTF Match No. 2 - Tsonga in Montreal: was up a set and 3 games, WTF?
WTF Match No. 3 - JM Del Potro US OPEN final: was up 2 sets and love, WTF?
WTF Match No. 4 - Djokovic Basel in front of his hometown crowd, WTF?
WTF Match No. 5 - Benneteau Bercy qualifying rounds, the guy wasn't even top 20, WTF?

This is really really not good. Is his age catching up to him?

u'r just a broken record, mate...change smth. or you'll be lost forever into the nothingness hole...

Q. Do you think you would have been able to play as well as you played today, or you think you would have pulled out from the game if it wasn't the Masters Cup final?

ROGER FEDERER: No, Roger Federer doesn't pull out. Otherwise he doesn't walk on court (smiling).

After losing to Nalbandian in 2005 TMC final...

federer should win this in 2 based on current form, and a bagel isnt out of the question.
if delpo raises his game to USO/RG levels, then there could be an upset again.

Very sensible opinion.

If Federer can keep the ball in play, he'll win.

... if Murray also beats Verdasco by any scoreline. But if he loses to Verdasco, then even a straight set loss would earn Federer the 2nd spot for SF.
