Do you think Djokovic could win multiple Roland Garros titles?

Nadal retiring from tendinitoes, Federer not retiring but playing less great, Del Potro very good on clay but not the best movement, Murray not very good in grand slams, maybe Djokovic being the best claycourter for a few years, maybe he could win 2-3 in a row? Seems like clay is less popular in Europe than previous years so there is less players focusing on clay and more focusing on hardcourt, no young clay freaks on the way....

Multiple? No. I cant see Djoker as a consistent year in year out slam winner. He has too many mental setbacks. Now if he can overcome this sure? 1-2? Yes thats reasonable.

Re: Do you think Djokovic could win multiple Roland Garros titles?

as big a fan of Nole as I am, i doubt it, he is not mentally strong enough in grand slams. he has not made a grand slam final since he won Aus Open in 2008 against Tsonga.

he gets to a bunch of SF's only to lose to better players (Fed/Rafa).

but i still hold out hope that Nole can win French Open one day.

NOLE - RAFA - ROGER - DELPO - MUZZA - TSONGA

Re: Do you think Djokovic could win multiple Roland Garros titles?

Why does he have such problems with slams? It is very strange for such a divaman like Djokovic to lack confidence....I guess he lacks inner confidence but possesses outer confidence

Nole is very good on clay but I don't know about multiple wins at RG.

Let him win a RG first and see

He surely has the potential, and he should be happy if it actually happened one day. But multiple times? I mean, you know who he's lost against in Paris this year, do you?

Re: Do you think Djokovic could win multiple Roland Garros titles?

He possibly could because out of his generation (Murray, Potro, Monfils, Cillic)he is the best on clay bar Nadal.

Go Andy!

Losing to guys like Kohlschreiber, getting trouble from Recouderc, Patience etc. I don't think so.

Re: Do you think Djokovic could win multiple Roland Garros titles?

He'd be happy with one.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
