Not really a big tournement but still suprised there's no thread. Anyway Querrey continues his great form, good win against a solid player like Gicquel.

Shouldn't have lost that second-set tiebreaker though.

Roger Federer. Legend.

maybe he takes us open series but he has done nothing these last big tournaments : legg mason, cincinnati, rogers cup

3rd round, legg mason
1st round, rogers cup
3rd round, cincinnati

guy is so average, maybe he clinches us open series bonus challenge but he aint gonna win us open

guy can only play these 250 tournaments where level is almost like challengers.

Why do people/fans care about the US Open Series?

I agree that he is not really up to it in the big events yet, but even still he is a good solid player who is improving a lot, and these 250 events are nothing like challengers, i keep updated with challengers everyweek and believe me the fields are nowhere near this strong, i know you are being sarcastic but no need to over do it.

I like the theme music

Sam has improved a lot and is playing pretty well...his ranking has jumped up from 39 right after Wimbledon to 24. He is also probably going to have his best results at the US Open in years to come...but right now I think he is a player who is semi dangerous to some of the higher ranked players (excluding the top 4 or 5). But I still don't think he's consistent enough to be a threat at big tournaments, and he probably is one of the better seeds to draw as a 1R opponent at the Open
