Djokovic could face Haas R16 in Cincinnati

If he does, it is a much-win match for him. He's lost a considerable amount of ground in 2009 and has allowed himself to become Roddick's bitch, so now on the eve of the USO, he can't allow himself to become Haas' bitch as well with 3 straight losses.

These are crucial times for the Djoker, for his ranking and for his 2009 season. He doesn't want to be ranked behind JMDP and Roddick come another year.

And Wawrinka could face Federer. I think it does not need a thread, it would be better to discuss it in Cincinnati draw thread IMO.

Anyway, even if Djokovic manage to get to R16, he'll lose to Haas there.

Haas' form of late is nothing to write home about.

why is this a thread?

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Because it is still very shocking to many people that Murray is going to be the one overtaking the number 2 spot after only being in the top 10 for a shorter period of time than Djokovic and that Djokovic has virtually lost all hope in life and allows everyone to jump on him.

Federer / Haas / Safin / Gaudio / Kuerten / Youzhny / Nadal / Gonzalez / Ljubicic / Hewitt / Soderling / Wawrinka / Coria / Nalbandian / Kohlschreiber
