The Tsonganator rules Montréal - beats Frauderer 7/6 1/6 7/6

Tennis is alive my friends.

GOAT in choking.

Tsonga is no Ramirez-Hidalgo.

Montreal QF: Tsonga def. Federer 7-6(5) 1-6 7-6

Roker was 5-1 up in 3rd set
then Tsonga had 3 mps at 6-5* 40-0 on Roger serve, but blew it all (on mp #3 Tsonga had shot to pass Fed, but he hit it into the net :retard
finally he clinched it in TB, well Roker just made a DF in the end
ridicolous match

allez Jo!

QF Montreal: Tsonga def Federer 7-6 6-1 7-6 (6-3)

Federer 5-2 up in the 3rd set serving for the match. Tsonga broke back and had 3 matchpoints at 5-6 0-40 and chokes them. Tsonga played great in the tie-break, the better player won.

Montreal QF: [7] Tsonga defeats [1] Federer 7-6 (5) 1-6 7-6 (3)

UNREAL from Tsonga, from 5-1 down in the third set, he wins 6 games in a row!!

Major, major choke from Federer, probably his worst ever, even against Nadal he doesn't choke this badly.

Re: The Tsonganator rules Montréal - beats Frauderer 7/6 1/6 7/6

Very entertaining first set from both of them. First half was very solid, simple but highly effective 1-2 combos which did not give the returner any chance. Then it got funky in the 9th game culminating with TB. And then a real turn off in the next 2 sets, was it due to the injury from the fall at the last point in that TB or something else, Tsonga just vanished and Federer routinely got to 5-1. And then Tsonga suddenly awakes and completely surprised Federer getting to 3 consecutive MPs in the 12 game. Unbelievable comeback. In the end this turned out to be quite a strange match.
