djokovic so good at the end especially when he break troicki to go up 5-2. he'll destroy federer if he plays like that and he might even beat nadal.

Not much of a resistance from Troicki. Viktor did not want to take something out of Djokovic victory and he said that the reason for the medical time-out was the headache. But that headache came from a stiff neck as a result of a cool off players had because of the power failure and they had to wait for 30 more minutes for the match to start. Same thing happened to me couple of days ago when I had to wait for my match 10-15 minutes more. The air is still quite cold in this region at nights.

Serbian mob threatened all comers to let Novak win, obviously.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

I thought Troicki is also Serbian mate. So, you say, Serbian mob threatened everybody to let Djoko win?

Not a quality match. Both players were stiff in the beginning, part of it probably because of the long wait.

Troicki is still not serving well and that will not win him any matches vs Djokovic once Novak warmed up and calmed down.

what about the week between Madrid and Paris? I agree scheduling wasn't ideal, but a chance to play at home and a pretty easy road to a 250 title isn't all bad

novak djokovic - my all time favorite!
12 GS and counting, and as always, leaving bad tastes in tracy austin's mouth

italian guys - forza azzurri, especially seppi and bolelli

new generation: impress me! looking for a new 2nd favorite

all time favorites: lleyton hewitt, juan carlos ferrero, michael chang and patrick rafter

NEVER say "i don't care who wins, i just want good tennis" you BETTER pick a side

Obviously, I dramatized a bit, but I am just concerned about his fitness. I agree this is an easy catch before the home crowd. Hopefully his fitness program with the new coach will go well.

No need to worry there. Thed players suppose to practice on dayly base anyway. So, playing an easy 250 is the best way for top dogs to practice. And make sure they stay competitive.

This guy in here (your reply to FaceyFacem) apparently talking trash, b/c what's the point trying to prove that Djoker is scared of Janko and Troicki??

Do not pay attention to Serb haters. He might be Peter Bodo by himself. Have you read his ridiculous article in his own blog (website) Tennis.com? He pointed there that Serbia Open is Djokovic private tournament, and that Djoko does there whatever he pleases. He threw lot of sarcasm, irony and untasty jokes all on the account of Djokovic, his family and Serbs as the nation in total!! Just out-of-class cheap column? I only wonder who's paying him to put Serbs to trash??? I still remember his horrible column after last Wimby "SQUASHED SERBS". Peter Bodo is the biggest Serb basher out there. Pathetic.
