ATP250 TBA event (26 September to 4 October)

There's still an ATP event which has not been announced yet. It's scheduled to run between 26 September to 4 October, the same week as the Thailand Open.

Anyone has any idea where is this event going to be held?

Not quite sure. Last year it was in Chennai. But as we all know, Chennai Open has been moved to earlier this year.

Hopefully someone can shed a light.

Yes, it is Mumbai.
They cancel it for security reasons, I think.

Re: ATP250 TBA event (26 September to 4 October)

This tournament was supposed to be in Bangalore last year, but was canceled a month before it was to take place due to security reasons (there were some bombings there last July). Previously, the tournament was moved to Bangalore from Mumbai in May 2008 (just a few months after it was moved 2 weeks later on the calendar due to the monsoon season). The tournament was in Mumbai in 2006 and 2007, and prior to that in Ho Chi Minh City.

When the 2009 calendar was first released, this tournament was listed to be in Bangalore. I don't know why it was changed and where it will go.

Re: ATP250 TBA event (26 September to 4 October)

Thailand Open is on. But the thing is there's another ATP250 event during that same week.

I just got to know that the country involved has not been announced yet. Probably we'll know by this month or in June.
