Time of Season

What is your favourite time of the tennis season? I.e. mine would be just before USopen or Wimbledon (even though around wimbledon they're are upto a month off after clay finishes? and there aren't many tourneys around wimbledon)

Re: Time of Season

Off season.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Time of Season

When I was younger, I would get out of school around when the French started and go back during the U.S. Open, so that was always my favorite time because I could stay home and see most of the matches live.

Football is one of the few areas of life where even if you're untutored, you can go to a ground and see George Best beat three men, and you can realise, 'I have seen genius.'
