has any player won 3 tournaments in as many weeks on the men's tour before?

I am sure that there are players in the past who have won three consecutive tournaments but has any player on the men's tour won 3 tournaments in 18 days like Nadal has?

I love Coria, but wasn't that run on the clay tournaments after Wimbledon?

MC, Barcelona, Roma seems more impressive.

Done before by Coria (with weaker titles): Stuttgart, Kitbuzhel, Sopot.

Highest ranked player he defeated in those titles was #20 (Tommy Robredo) so while a great deed, not the same thing.

Nadal career prediction: 6 RG, 2 Wimbledon, 1 Australian Open, 1 US Open, 2 Master Cup, 20 Master Series, 65 titles.
(Predicted before RG 2008 when he had 3xRG)

Surely Johnny Mac did it too in 1984?

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Ivan Lendl - Only player to have won three tournaments in three consecutive weeks on three different surfaces (1985 - Fort Myers-Hardcourt, Monte Carlo-Clay Court, Dallas, WCT Finals-Indoor Carpet)
