Rome R2: Djokovic def. Montanes 7-6 (5) 6-0

Poor first set, 4 breaks, Novak somehow won this. Second set...well, there's only Novak (27-13 points in 2nd). First serve 47% and 48& in 1st set, nothing better in 2nd (44% and 56%).

Nice fight and comeback from Albert in the first set and excellent defending in the TB until 4:2. After that it was just a downhill road. And who says that breaking the racket doesn't help sometimes?

Btw, did this two had a bet or something who will use more drop-shots?

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Fat Albert had way more successful ones, but he kinda fucked up himself with using 2 of those in the TB.

That racket smashing really did the trick. After that match went in a totally different direction.
What is that Head made from? Djokovic did not even threw it that hard, it just snapped at the middle of the frame.
