Nalbandian didn't feel like running for 3 hours.

They must giving out free donuts at the local bakery and that's why he's going to pass on the couple of bagels that Nadal was offering.

Like every other time. Say for instance that easy 1/2 hr semi-final in AO, followed by a week's rest, followed by another easy one hr final to win AO.

This is an absolute Godsend for Nadal. He gets a day of rest smack in the middle of the tourney, and avoids the most dangerous guy in the draw to him. He should cruise past Davydenko/Stepanek, will likely take out a fellow Spaniard in the final, and should arrive in Rome as fresh as a daisy.

Nalbandian didn't withdraw because he was scared. It's been confirmed for a while that he has a hip injury. His coach says that it will affect him for most of the year.
