SAP R2: Sam Querrey def. Denis Gremelmayr 6-3, 6-2

Routine win for Querrey. Don't understand how he had odds of around 1.35 on him for this match.

Sam is playing a lot better lately. Blake had better watch out.

Re: SAP R2: Sam Querrey def. Denis Gremelmayr 6-3, 6-2

I watched Sam on TV while he was in Auckland back in January, and he went to the final so I saw plenty of him. He seems good. He once served 10 aces in a row against Blake so I have a feeling he can go even further if he can serve well again.

Gremelmayr should be playing on clay.

Still, Blake will be too good I think.

I doubt so, Querrey looks much improved. Blake sometimes reminds me of Gonzalez (in the sense that he takes points too easily)

This MTF is good
Querrey is far from my favorite player, but even in the context of MTF's normally flippant insulting of players is this just plain silly. Querrey is just a big goofy dude.
And yes, players don't improve and fluke results don't occur. Haase is still better than Murray and obviously Russell would school Del Potro at this time.

What did you expect then? 1.10?
