J'bur'ger SF: Tsonga def. Gil 6-3 6-4

Another comfortable win for Tsonga and nice match up with fellow Frenchman.
Good he has a weak opponent in the 1st round in Rotterdam (Huta Galung) Good 1st round match up to adjust to the new conditions.

Comfortable MM tourney so far for Tsonga, what has been the best ranking of his opponents here? I suppose his experience should prevail in the final against Chardy.

Huta Galung is not weak. He might hurt J-W....

Try to be serious... Excluding qualifiers he along with Dimitrov and De Bakker is the weakest link in the draw (BTW, very good draw this year in Rotterdam ).

OK, maybe you're right. But in the games, many people have De Bakker winning over Seppi!

It's somehow possible but Tsonga in this form should win easily over Huta on Wednesday - I suppose they will play that day. Tsonga would play in the first round against Kohlschreiber or Ancic, it'd be a difficult match up for him...

The crowd here goes positively apeshit for Jo. They were swinging from the rafters everytime he hit a winner and they particularly loved the s/v. Good taste these Saffers.
