And Gabashvili was really sucking, even by his standard.

That said, Ancic played way better than against Lacko, so i don't know, he might keep on improving on his way to the title.

But Ancic don't played like a top 20 player yesterday, that's for sure.

Not sure about top 20, he does not seem to handle the top guys apart from a 3-1 record against Murray he tends to get owned especially recently such as the end of last year, plus his game can get pretty predictable at times, i can remember seeing him against dancevic in toronto, and his tactics were so fustrating and easy to read it was laughable, but like you say he is a quality player and top 20 is a pretty realistic goal, i think maybe 25-30 tho depending on injuries.
