Re: Verdasco dumps Tsonga out of the AO 76 36 63 66

Get the score correct please.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Verdasco played some excellent tennis. He demonstrated his fitness throughout the whole match and just beat Tsonga on the big points. He also converted all 4/4 break points. Great tennis Verdasco.
good luck in the semis vs Nadal. should be some great tennis

6-6? proofread your posts. that's what you get when you try to jump the gun.

Marat on Dinara - I think if she does the complete opposite of what I'm doing, she'll be #1 in the world for a long time.

Verdasco is going to bend over for Nadal, but great result for him making a GS semi.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

This verdasco is playing well.

I love all aspects of TENNIS.

Federer - The Artist
Murray - The Tactician
Nalbandian - The Ballstriker
Llodra - The S/V

Jo

Only problem I have with this result (apart from the fact that I like Jo and I think he's great for the game, hope he stays healthy), is that if (when) Rafa wins Simon, I'm afraid Verdasco will bend over for Rafa just like the Armada usually does...

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.

Congradulations to Verdasco. I just hope he doesn't bend over against Nadal.

Fernando Verdasco you bloody legend I only saw the first 2 and a 1/2 sets, but he was doing a great job of really keeping Tsonga back behind the baseline, muting his flashiness, and was rock solid on BPs. Not far to go now for my dream all Spanish semifinal

14.

Brilliant performance from Verdasco. Exciting to see another addition to the top of the game. As a nice bonus, it will shut a few people up too.

Can't believe how consistent FV is now and how resilient he is. He is clutch on the big points.
