That would be two grand slams in a row. '08 started off badly with Roger getting sick and all and he was playing catchup ever since then. Not that it matters much to me, just interested to see the response here.

No it wouldn't change my mind at all.

I think that last year, from the Australian Open to Miami, he was not perfectly fit, but for the rest of the year there was no such thing like that ... according to himself actually.
It was only a little bit older Federer, like in 2007 after the Australian Open, and against great opponents.
The same in 2009.

Wow, a thread about Federer from Ruanz, that's as common as a Massu grunt on a slice backhand.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I refuse to believe that 3 grand slam finals in a row is a slump.

Not sure what your saying here but i assume your saying its not a slump but a decline. So what would it take for you to think it was slump? Should he win the grand slam itself? Making it 5 slams in a row? Would you be satisfied then? Just curious.

The Fed's problem is only one: he's getting older!!!

DELPO ~ NALBAND ~ FERRU ~ RAFA ~ VERDASCO ~ GOFFIN
SID BELLUCCI ~ ISNER ~ RAONIC - DOLGO

Definately. 2008 was the year of the mono. 2009 is the year when Federer will do Calendar Slam.
