AO QF: Federer def Del Potro 6-3 6-0 6-0

Total demolition. Combination of Delpo playing badly and Federer playing well. Delpo is too one-dimensional. Fed totally screwed his game up.

Only one break in the first, but 3 in the other 2

Feds for AO!

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.
Somewhere out there, there is a homeless person who once took betting advice from GSMnadal

this has to be a record, just three game lost in a quarterfinal slam match? Del Pony has nothing to hurt FedMug who was in god mode tonight, the only chance to be a little more games for del Pony was to serve out of his mind but it did not happen.

Utterly ridiculous tennis from Federer. Congrats on your 14th Slam, Roger

Looked like the Federer of 2006 with how well he was hitting his shots. His backhand looked very solid.

I cannot stand Djokovic
NEW YORK METS

I'm an American who loves clay tennis and the clay season...what is wrong with that picture?

Really useless this Del Potro.
Useless in the Davis Cup and useless today.
And he can get to no.5 within some weeks...

The only person who thought he could win this was his great aunt Marilinda ... and she is blind.

Don't let the ending fool people. At the beginning Del Potro was trying and was even returning Fed's overheads, but Fed broke his will some time near beginning of 2nd set (with pick up volleys and such).

Re: AO QF: Federer def Del Potro 6-3 6-0 6-0

83 vs 36 points

Del Potro 11-24 W/UE
Federer 38-9 W/UE

This was vintage Federer.

sick.

del potro tried to go for ridiculous winners and that was always a sign of an impending blowout.
