Nothing worked for Mario today, yet he managed to get a gazillion BPs only to fail to convert them It'll get better
Gilles is a nice guy, I liked how he diffused the tension that was starting to build up over some dubious line calls and then the second lucky net cord in a single game. Congrats to him. Well played.

it's about time Giles bow out of Australian Open.

The only thing which is keeping him alive in this Australian Open is his newly grown beard which he isn't shaving off.

once he does and starts looking like a teenager, he won't continue to survive more then 2 rounds

Yes, good spirit between the players. Kudos to Ancic for shushing his asshat supporters when they chanting some fairly obnoxious stuff as Simon prepared to serve. Given how frustrated he was at that point in the match, it was pretty classy.

Agreed, I like Ancic, just wish he could get his act together a bit more consistently!
