Nadal's path to title

Haas > Gasquet/Gonzo > Simon/Monfils> Murray/Tsonga > Fed/Djok

Not happening folks.

Re: Nadal's path to title

Well... Tsonga would play Murray in the quarters? So I dont see how he'd play Tsonga or Simon.

Monfilis or Simon, maybe?

Re: Nadal's path to title

Haas was very, very good today, but he has a poor record against wee Nads. In particular, losing twice to him on the fast courts of Cincinatti, where Rafa really isn't that good.

Re: Nadal's path to title

Nadal has never beaten a top 14 player at a HC slam before. To win here he has to beat the 6th, the 4th and then the 1st/2nd. Not a hope.

Re: Nadal's path to title

Nadal's chances at winning a hard court slam will forever be zero.

fyi

before nadal has to meet fed/djokovic, his hc h2h record against:

haas 3-0
gasquet 3-0
gonzalez 1-2
simon 2-1
tsonga 2-1
murray 3-1

total: 14-5

nadal beat haas, gasquet, gonzalez and tsonga in their last hc matches.

only federer and djokovic have a +ve hc h2h record against nadal which is 3-2 and 4-3 respectively
