Who can stop the Master?

Seriously ive had enough of this Murray BS. Roger made him feel small him in the US finals. Yes Murray has a good record against Roger but when it mattered most Roger made it look easy. So really before you start mentioning Murray in the same bracket as Roger make sure he wins 13 slams first. And if you want to say Murray is the favorite to beat Roger at this point then make sure he wins the AO first, and preferably beats Roger in the final. Even if he beats Roger at Doha, which i doubt, Roger is still the clear favorite to win a fourth AO. Think about it...3-0.

Re: Who can stop the Master?

Nobody can stop him. That's the beauty of the new year.

Allez!

ROGER & JANKO & LE MAGICIEN & Stan & A-Rod & Novak & Rafa

i agree that a healthy fed has yet to be beaten by the young guns in a hardcourt GS before i don't consider him fav. anymore

Re: Who can stop the Master?

Just a little bit of hype.

Lets get realistic:

Murray beat Nadal in USOpen semi-final.
Murray lost in straight sets against Federer in the final.

Murray = 0 grand slams.

Murray beat Federer at Madrid.
Murray beat Federer (injured) in a tight 3 sets, and then lost the next match. Novak won the Masters.

09 - Murray beat Federer (tight 3 sets) & Nadal (easily). - EXHO.

The only person to be having a really bad time is Nadal.

Re: Who can stop the Master?

I think he has recovered alright. His timing is back, footwork/movement is great and he doesn't perspire/sweat like he did last year.
All good signs! The real no.1 is back!

Who can stop the Master? Have you missed a word from the title, you'll go blind you know

And if last year's anything to go by,

Andy Murray, Gilles Simon, Rafael Nadal, James Blake, Ivo Karlovic, Radek Stepanek, Andy Roddick, Mardy Fish and Novak Djokovic.

The only person on that list that can give the Master problems is Rafa.

Re: Who can stop the Master?

So just beating him doesn't count as giving him a problem. Then he really is the master

Re: Who can stop the Master?

Murray will win Doha. It's as simple as dad. Kohlbriber made Roger sweat whereas a subpar murray wiped the floor with Dastayovski.
