Hewitt hasn't been humiliated in this style through 12 years since he has been playing in Australian tournaments (Adelaide, Sydeny, Melbourne, Perth).
I didn't see Blake's first match but after what I saw in his matches against Kiefer and Hewitt it's tough to imagine how he could've lost to Hrbaty.
I've got an impression that Blake improved his serve -> better percentage, better variation (hasn't lost a service game in the last 7 sets, facing just 3 BP's), moreover he's very confident on the baseline and at the net, placing the balls in all directions. Against Hewitt he even won the balls in the way he usually doesn't: tight backhand-cross winner after high bounce of the ball, left-handed lob (!), reverse-forehand dropshot.
Blake has defeated Hewitt for the 4th time but on atptennis.com still will be figurating only one win because he won twice in Hopman Cup and once in their very first meeting in a junior tournament.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."
