Do you know: www.watchlivetennis.org ?

I just discovered the site "watchlivetennis.org". Apparently we can watch all tennis matches of the season just for €9.95 ! Does anyone know this site and used it during the season 2008? Can we really watch all matches of the season? And for Australian Open: how many matchs can we follow in live at the same time?

I search a good live streaming site for Australian Open 2009.. so if you have one, tell me !
Last year, we could watch 3 matchs on 3 different courts on eurosport.com, but I've heard that this year, that's just available for the WTA tournament.

Thanks for helping me..

I've never used livestream before, but a few people have mentioned these now so I will give them a try too. Will be great if that other one works for 9.95 euros! I've always been worried that you need a really good pc/laptop for livestream and mine is pretty basic.

Re: Do you know: www.watchlivetennis.org ?

To be honest, I don't trust this site all too much. Take this for example (from their FAQ page)

Quote:
Are the streams provided with my membership legal?

Certainly. At www.watchlivetennis.org we do not provide links to any download sites or services that offer illegal content. All links provided at www.watchlivetennis.org come courtesy of third party providers where the streaming videos offered are legal practice. The streams we provide will allow you to watch the top live tennis matches in the world. In addition to streaming live tennis our links will also provide you access to movies, tv shows and much, much more.
Pay €9,95 just for links to other websites? Seems nonsensical to me. I'd stay away from this.

More importantly, you need a decent internet connection and ISP. If your pc/laptop isn't all too old (>5 years, roughly) it will do.

I also use justin.tv, channelsurfing.net, or tennisform.com .. but if watchlivetennis.org allows us to watch ALL matchs in high quality just for 9,95... that's perfect ! But I don't know if it's the case..

They're even admitting to just providing links to other websites, in a way that sites like myp2p and Channel Surfing already do. To be honest, I could pretty much figure that out myself.

Because if they really were offering a good service, providing the streams themselves, there would be no way it would be that cheap. Not to mention that there would be more details as to which tournaments specifically they would be covering.

I use justin.tv for a lot of football and it is good when you find one which works.

Yeah you pay money for them to direct you to existing free streams that they have no legal ownership of and therefore cannot guarantee quality of service or any service at all. It's a scam. I'd advise paying for the atp streaming service and/or use sites like this to find live streams that exist elsewhere for free. That service is a waste of money.

Re: Do you know: www.watchlivetennis.org ?

Shouldn't there be a stream for all tournaments by the ATP this year, similar to masters TV, for those who want higher quality than justin.tv and other free ones? I remember seeing a promo page for that, but can't seem to find it now to check the news and hopefully prices.

Yeah you'd think they would already do this wouldn't you? A good money making opportunity for the ATP. If you find it can you please post details Oranges?

tennistv.com will be taking over the Masters Series events coverage and adding coverage from the 500 events too but that's it for "official" streams.

Re: Do you know: www.watchlivetennis.org ?

The one on tennis.tv is what I meant, but I got carried away with all tournaments You're right, they're just adding 500 to masters and there's no news on prices yet and not much too see at the site right now.

Can anyone tell me how much tennistv.com is? I looked at their website but it seems like it's still under construction.

Re: Do you know: www.watchlivetennis.org ?

Is there a way we can subscribe to just ATP events on tennistv.com and pay half price? I'm not watching any WTA.

Try channelsurfing.net They have at least one ATP event every week.
