Was the Wimbledon final that good?

A lot of you are putting this as the best match but personally I didn't think the quality of the tennis was that good. In the first 2 sets Federer wasn't there and in the 4th one Nadal choked the tie-break. The best set was imo the 4th one and the beginning of the 5th. Federer wasn't returning well for the most part and I definitely didn't feel that he was at his best. Nadal was playing close to or at his best and his defense was there. I just didn't think it was the best match ever or even the best match of the year.

The result, reaction of the Fedtards, fury of the Rafa haters, Federer blubbing, Rafa fulfilling his dream = can't be beaten.

In terms of quality it wasn't out of this world. But the drama was awesome.

I agree, but I just don't think it's fair to say it's the best match if the quality wasn't as good as it could've been.

No Murray in final = great match.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."
