Hewitt, Relentless and Ruthless
Before a packed, raucous crowd, Lleyton Hewitt defeated the United State's brightest new star, James Blake,
in a five-set slugfest. The Australian stormed back from a set down to win 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3.
Blake's swashbuckling style of going for broke with his blazing forehand contributed to his 60 total winners, but also caused 86 unforced errors. In the end, the Australian proved his fearless game is the reason why he's the player to beat at this year's US Open.
I guess more and more people are jumping off Andy's bandwagon...
