Cincy R1 : Seppi def LaLo 7-5 7-5

Not pretty, but good result for the South Tyrolean.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good one, Seppi.

Lopez is one of the few players I can't possibly like (even if his game can be quite good when it's on), so... eh...

Lalo goes with Tipsarevic and Kohlschreiber as a player who can't win as a favorite.

Nothing went right for Lopez. He had enough chances to win this in straights if he'd been able to take even half of them. But he couldn't do anything, it looked like he got robbed on a few calls, and even the net cord was against him. Just one of those days. I've never seen anyone run off a court so fast. His next tournament is LA, and if I were him, I'd go soon (after maybe a day or so of practice). No way would I stay in Cincy over LA.

Never miss an opportunity to make others happy, even if you have to leave them alone in order to do it.

Funny 1st set Seppi up 5-3 had around 12 set points, loses them and then wins the 1st set 7-5.

Even funnier LaLo, didn't make a backhand error until the second set.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Told you she and Kuznecova or JJ are equal.

I think Lopez was affected by the travel he had to make from the Los Angelas tournament...

He does that all the time, but he normally has 3 backhand errors in the first game.

fast clay, the LA event is next week.

Wasn't Lopez up a break in the 1st? then he was broken...then broke back and finally broken again? Oh wow!

Seppi vs Berdych should be a good one.
