Queens Club R1: Grosjean def. De Voest 7-6(6), 6-1

LOL!!! De Voest got an early break and points for a double break and served for the first set but still lost it. Smooth sailing for Sebastien after that.

Very nice grass-court tennis, IMO

Really enjoyed watching. Although Seb looks half a step slower than he was...

Very entertaining match to watch especially in the first set. De voest looks like a nice guy.

Seb I was worried there in the first, he also saved at least 2 SPs in the TB I think... not so encouraging to have that much trouble but hopefully he can find some form

Excellent - thoroughly enjoyed that. Would be great to see him have a good run on grass - a swansong I guess.

SP for RDV at 6-4 in the TB was the most outrageous point. Brilliant from both of them.

Champions deserve whatever they win playing within the laws of the game

Wow, this is one of the matches where you think tennis is a lot more fun on fast courts ! Lots of variation, transition play. Grosjean was very patient and tactically outplayed DV. Good for him !
