No match so far has ended with a "no-tiebreak" in 5th...

I have just noticed that none of the matches ended with the typical for GS two games advantage win in the deciding set.

Falla, Chela, Ljubicic, Melzer, Llodra, Gonzalez and Ferrer were the closest by winning their 5th sets with 6-4 score. We have 7 matches left. If none ends with 8-6 or 10-8 or sth like that - will it be the first GS without such score ? I am not counting US Open of course.

In the 5th?

You play only as good, as your opponent lets you to

last year was very close to having the same thing, except one match, where Kohlschreiber won 17-15 in the last set.

I'm to lazy to do the research, but I'd bet this FO has the lowest number of 5 set matches in history. I don't even remember that many going 5 at all. It's been kind of a snoozer tourney so far. Let's hope the semis pick it up a notch..
