Ljubicic played great tennis today. The serve bailed him out of trouble a bunch of times. Once he got into a rally, he seemed content to just hang around and let Davy decide the outcome. So he goes from not winning a set against Davy on clay to coming back from 2 sets down. Amazing turnaround!
Very sad for Davy though. His first loss from 2-0 up.

Ljubicic played very well for the last three sets but still it's really a tale of Davydenko thinking it was over. He didn't take his chances to get ahead in the sets he lost and really didn't play well enough. Great win for Ljubicic but a bad loss for Davydenko as well.
