RG R1: Ancic beats up Seppi 6-2 7-6(1) 6-2

Good work Ancic.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: RG R1: Ancic beats up Seppi 6-2 7-6(1) 6-2

Seppi had 4-1 in the 2nd set, then had the chance to serve for the set, but as usual he couldn't do it.

Ancic handled the delays much better and should meet Federer in the 3rd round.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good win, good cameback in second.

shame about the rain and loss of momentum in the 2nd set but nothing surprising about the result
Ancic is top 5 material IMO

Just started raining now as well.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Seppi continues to prove he's the biggest choker on the ATP

I suspect Seppi wasn't 100% for some reason, I wasn't impressed at all with Ancic on clay this season. We'll see how Ancic fares in the next rounds

You always seem to look for the excuse. Ancic matches up well with Seppi. There were rain interruptions and yes that means rain on both sides of the court.

Got to be able to adapt to the circumstances Ancic was able to do that and take his chances and Seppi wasn't. No, there is nothing wrong with Seppi physically.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
