Question about Doubles

Which Grand Slams always have the Doubles play best of 3 sets
through the 4th. round & then from the quarters onwards play
best of 5 sets?

Men play 5 sets in doubles at Wimbledon. Because of the rain this year they'll play 3 sets until QFs

its a shame tho, best of 5 matches are so fun, i thought that started in the quaters tho. bjorkbridge played best of 3 and won to go into to semis! hmm confusing!!!
