Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

Lleyton can beat anyone. He is uber super duper... no seriously, he is playing great tennis. I think the match against Goran was just immaculate. Watching that was orgasmic for me. I would like to see Lleyton or ROgi in the final, but I just hope they do get to play eachother, I hope it's a great match, I think Lleyton definitely has a chance--his confidence and best level of play looks to be almost completely returned, so I think he can beat Rogi yeah. But best wishes to the both

With each passing season, I discover new reason
SAMPRAS --> Rios --> KUERTEN --> Kafelnikov -->
Federer --> Hewitt --> RODDICK --> GONZALEZ -->
NALBANDIAN --> Benneteau --> Davydenko --> Mathieu -->
TURSUNOV --> Mantilla --> KIEFER --> NADAL -->
Karlovic --> Odesnik --> Stepanek --> Monfils -->
??

Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

No, not a chance, no matter how well he plays. Federer has too much game for Hewitt. I gaurentee you Mary, Patrick, Mal, Luke , etc. all agree with me

He's certainly capable of it. Roger is not invincible

Of course he can. He might need a little help from Roger though.

Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

Hewitt can, but with the way Roger is playing right now I would say Roger would win. Federer has got a much bigger game too.

Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

stupid discussing this match when it is so far away at the moment

If they both play their best expect more bagels, if Federer begins making dozens of errors per set then Hewitt has a chance

He'll ne so much help from Roger its not even funny.
WyveN, who will be bageling who, though? I doubt Hewitt will even get past Carlos, so lets not get ahead of ourselves.

he will definitely beat Carlos, I'm quite confident about that...

don't think it's enough for Roger if Roger is playing well enough, but it's VERY NICE to see Lleyton back in some good form this year.

If he manages to do this, then I hope he will take the whole enchilada.

Btw, I don't think his win over Goran can be any indication. Lleyton matches very well with s&v. Henman, Rafter, Goran, even Sampras... he made them all look as fools on few occasions.He wasn't able to solve Karlovich though.

I would predict Rogi to win in a tight match! I can't wait to see it (if it happens)!

Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

I like Moya but why does everyone here think it is impossible for hewitt to beat him. This is GRASS people, Moya isn't exactly confident on the stuff. Hewitt will destroy Moya when they meet. Mark my words...

Re: Could Lleyton beat Roger?

Rogi served and volleyed well against Hewitt in Miami. It all depends on Rogi really. Hewitt knows it too.
