apparently koubek's injury is pretty serious, i can't understand why he'd put himself at risk and play... shame.
After retiring against Schüttler last week, he said he feels no pain in the back anymore. He just hasn't completely recovered the feeling in his foot/his leg yet and thought it was useless to keep playing.
But apparently, he isn't in pain anymore. At least that's what he said one week ago (http://www.tennisfabrik.at/view.php?id=9576).
