declaring the highest seed left in the tournament as winner?
well, that's not practicable and all we can hope for is for a good work of the greenkeepers... furthermore, 's-Hertogenbosch has the problem that it hosts both WTA and ATP players in one week, something Halle or Queen's doesn't do for example...
