Pim Pim Retires!!!

thats just sooo sad... he could have achieved soooooo much.. able to beat all players, and so much potential he said its impossible with the injuries to carry on

Always sad when someone has to retire due to injuries but Pimpim also had the game to play at the highest level which in many aspects is worse still..

Wow, I find this surprising. I wasn't even aware he was injured since he pulled out of the Australian Open due to lack of preparation.

Such a shame to end his career like that, he really did have a short career that had been hampered by injuries for a number of years now.

That's very sad. I was hugely impressed with him at USO 2004 where he reached semis by defeating Roddick in five. His four-set loss to Agassi at 2005 AO, in which he fired 51 aces, was unforgettable too. And he's still only 25...
