I was originally hesitant about the changes to the qualifying schedule, but I didn't have a major problem. I'm happy to have all men on one day, but on the other days [rounds 2 and 3] perhaps we could mix the schedule around a little in terms of WTA and ATP matches, instead of having all of the men play in the first 2 matches of the day, followed by women. That caused me a few problems.
Court change is not a big deal for me, Lleyton still lost on it
I would probably prefer them a little faster though. It is nice to see my players win sometimes, but then maybe I'm just looking for an excuse.
The new 'buy Vodafone tickets to get into vodafone' was a little crap. Although I had tickets for the first 2 days, it wasn't the same without the big section of Swedes cheering their lungs out. Granted, there was only one MD Swede, and the Swedes were still there chanting... but they were way back =(
- Also, Frosty Fruits should not be $2.50 (?) a pop
- Promo Parade should not be between Garnier World and Court 4 as there are always huge 'pedestrian traffic' problems.
- Garnier World should not even be there. But I understand sponsorship is what makes the event possible. If only it could be put somewhere near the front of RLA, and issue passouts to the twits who want to line up for the duration of a womens match to get a stupid looking, crooked braid in their hair.
- Bring back the old scoreboard near court 9 and 12!!
PS. Those Jacobs Creek guys were
