Murray period in Spain

I'm watching Gasquet vs Murray now on a Brazilian sports channel, and the commentator is Dacio Campos, a former pro-players that never had big success, but was number 107 in singles and 82 in doubles. He studied at an US university and has a good relationship with most of the former top players of his age.

So, commenting today's match he said that, talking one day with Emilio Sanchez, Emilio told him that he had some problems with Andy and his mother, and finally he couldn't stand the work anynore. Does anyone know what were the problems?

British women =

Some of them are nice, but most of them are really bitchy and annoying (no offense for our British lads in here, for example Rosie )

No offense, probably you're a sweet girl. But most British girls can get pretty annoying sometimes (at least in the beaches in the Algarve - lol)!

EDIT: Not really the girls, but mainly the mothers of the girls!

Have you ever been to Great Britain..?! [If so, I would be interested to find out where you went.! ]

Andy and his mother [Judy] both seem to be pretty strong characters and have their aims [and methods of achieving them] already set out.. Something that could obviously grate on a coach who is trying to lead a player in certain direction but is not really being allowed to be successful..

Their bitchiness and annoying-ness [not really a word..!] is actually very explainable..

When a Brit goes on holiday to places such as the Algarve it is likely that that will be the first time they have encountered the sun since their last holiday. And since the British ['We' I suppose..] insist on avoiding sun cream at all costs [we only have two weeks to build up a tan that must last an entire year.. unless we visit 'Tan-Tastic', and then you are more orange than brown..], they tend to get burned very quickly. And it is this excessive heat and tomato coloured, excruciatingly painful, skin that causes British people to be so nasty whilst on holiday..

When we're white
we're alrite..

Besides the typical London trip, I spent a couple of weeks in Bournemouth, as my aunt used to live there.

I've never been to Bournemouth myself; how did you find the woman there?

To quote Fensler (a member of this forum): "May I borrow your brush, I would like to paint my house in one broad stroke."

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Dude, I came to the Algarve and I can confirm 99% of the British people there were incredibly annoying. It seemed like they'd gathered all the idiots and place them in the Algarve, it was that bad. But most British women are ok, don't judge them on the ones that have a holiday there

Re: Murray period in Spain

Judy Murray is in the same league as Richard Williams, Yuri Sharapov, Damir Dokic and many others IMO.

Still enjoy Muzza's game.

A post that deserves to be on MTF Hall of Fame soon:
