Re: CORIA BEAT HENMAN: 3-6;6-4;6-0;7-5 YEAHHHH!!!!

Ho ho ho, this trhread looks so quiet.

And I think I know why.

Because so many people thought Henman has no chance at all, and speaking things like 'Tim will have to play ten times better then against Chella' and '
Coria in three' and so on.

I was one of the rares who reffered to the fact that Henman already did beat Coria on clay. Some said 'but Coria is better now'. The lesson is - tradition is tradition, and if one is tough for you know, he will more or less stay tough in the future. Tradition means so much, never underestimate the results from the past.

Coria wasn't favorite at all. He went through the eye of a needle. This could have easily be a Henman destroy show. Tim missed just a little in the second set to make just that of this match. Remember that Coria never came for 2 sets down.

So congratulations Tim, I'm so glad you prooved some things!

Now I'm eager to see how will Coria do against Gaudio in finals - although I think Coria will win as expected.

Re: CORIA BEAT HENMAN: 3-6;6-4;6-0;7-5 YEAHHHH!!!!

Sorry litlle duck........Coria WAS favourite.........look at the bets, on the internet........it was something like this: coria payed 1.15 to the winner and Henman 2.50 or 2.60

Thats a favourtie!!!!!!
Even Mc Enroe said that Henman did not stand a chance!!!!!!!

I admit that, for a second there, i tohught coria was going down........but was just a second.............finally the BEST won

Re: CORIA BEAT HENMAN: 3-6;6-4;6-0;7-5 YEAHHHH!!!!

I think in a way it was kind of okay that Henman lost though it is real sad for him. It would have been even more devastating for Coria to have lost because of all the expectations on him now to win it since people like Moya, Federer and Nalbandian are out. It is a shame for Tim to have lost, but he really gave it all he had and should be proud of himself having gotten this far.

Go Federer, Nadal!!!

Re: CORIA BEAT HENMAN: 3-6;6-4;6-0;7-5 YEAHHHH!!!!

Henman totally outplayed Coria for about a set and a half. There was nothing Coria could do about it. He was frustrated by Tim's play and made some more errors of his own. Then Henman's level dropped, and that was enough for Coria to sneak out the 2nd set and gain loads of confidence. It was a tough well fought match.

Little duck, what are you talking about? Coria was clearly the favorite going into the match.I am quite suprise that Henmen took a set off Coria.I think that Coria wasn't playing his best tennis today, but he knew when to raise his game like most champion. He seem nervous today though.
