Total demolition job. Canas didn't stand a chance today.

Federer destroys Canas and revenge is sweet!

6-0 6-3, Federer loves to serve a bagel to his nemesis. Canas has earned the label of a Roger Federer-nemesis. Congrats Canas!

Roger took him behind the woodshed and gave him a hiding.

He must have stocked up on the whoop-ass beforehand, because he handed a lot out.

Way to go, Rogi! That's an excellent way to exorcise a ghost

How the fuck did he ever lose to this guy twice in a row? Oh well, got it done today with his first bagel since the FO.

Re: Federer def. Cañas, 6-0 6-3

Fed was in God mode... he returned and served brilliantly, and hit some immense FHs and BHs.

Canas just was blown off the court and couldn't get the errors he needed to stay competitive.

Canas pretty much selfdestructed. Expected more of a fight, but I'm sure Fed knew it would play out like this.

Now that was the schooling and the spanking I predicted for Miami, 7 months later

That was a brilliant win, Rogi, Canas didn't know WHAT to do with you today.

I was expecting Federer to win and set the record straight, but not that convincingly. He absolutely slaughtered Canas today.
