I'm happy for del Potro. Good win for him over a top 30 player after the troubles he's been having recently. The second set was pretty easy for him.

Can't pull for him against Robredo, but I hope he plays well.

Never miss an opportunity to make others happy, even if you have to leave them alone in order to do it.

How is Starace ranked that high? He's a pusher and a mug.

Yes, please do. The overrated mug will probably whine to the organisers for giving JMDP a WC if he loses.

It was about time Delpo finished a match and didn't choke. Boredo will be too consistent for him though.

i couldn't figure out who to take in this dreadful matchup - both have been wretched of late. It was pretty obvious whoever won the first set would win the match. Potty clearly would have retired had Potitty pulled out that first set.

Ugly first set but then Starace went to sleep and Del Potro steamrollered him.

Totaly expected, odds for Del Potro should be like 0.08 (and not 0.44)

Starace is great on clay, but useless indoors. See ya in april on EU clay.

DP Finished and won a match? Thats something new to the tour. He is worse than the Fakervic, at least that guy has the courtesy to finish the match instead of pulling out and playing the week after like everything is fine.

Too many bad natured and unfair players coming through right now, it's a shame to see such a lower class of players

Djokovic has the courtesy to finish the match because he wasn't injured in the first place.

Del Potro is just very caring for his body. Very.

yep that is true, Del Pony has a very weak fitness but he is a fair sportsman whereas Fakevic is all the opposite.

Very nice Juan Martin. Though the 2nd round matchup is one I'd rather avoid since I adore both players. But I'd have to cheer for Tommy in the next round. Well done anyway JMDP!!!
