Carlos Moya: The Choker

I cant believe that in the first set he was up 5-4 and serving for the set and choked and then again in the 2nd set, he gets broken to love. Now hes serving to stay in the set again which he will probably get broken

Well, that was a surprisingly chronic case of shaky-knees syndrome from Moya. Very disappointing way to lose.

Re: Carlos Moya: The Choker

But Coria is now the 'Grand Slam' Choker of 2004 ... a bit worse than Moya in the Quarters ...

Please, after a while he was left in peace. Everybody has moved to grass court season. Don't bring Coria topics back to life.

Re: Carlos Moya: The Choker

It is not nice to make fun of Coria. He is a good player and he will have more chances to win a GS

Talking Re: Carlos Moya: The Choker

I cannot believe that this thread is still going! Carlos never had a match point in that match, and it was not a 5-setter! Even though he lost, mi papi Carlos is still a champion and a force on tour and he's not a choker!

Leave my Carlos alone!

against kournikova (which she won easily), us open 2000

Re: Carlos Moya: The Choker

and i don't like the title of this thread.
Moya is not a choker, if I understand this word correctly, he never has a great idea of himself, he is always humid if he talks about himself and has always a good word about the other player.

But indeed, sometimes he let a match going out of his hands and that is stupid. I am on those moments furious on him too. But that is tennis, a match is won or lost after the last ball is played
