Re: Atp Masters Series TV

Yeah I mean for the service I have seen so far its worth well over 50 a year. My only compliant is that there is not more tournaments. Master Series are great but the four GS would be nice as well as maybe a dozen or so of the biggest other tournaments that not a lot of people get to watch. There really should be a central source for decent quality streams with commentary over the internet.

Actually it looks like they will have both courts covered from Madrid. It has Madrid Arena and Pista Alcala listed.

Awesome news. I'm going to get the annual pass now then.

I think they're going to add the Open 500 tournaments to the site when it happens in 2009, at least that's what TennisWeek says.

I definitely think they should have services for Grand Slams. It's a bit stupid that they have them for Masters Series events but not Grand Slams where having multi-court coverage makes a big difference. I guess maybe because Grand Slams are not run by the ATP, but the ITF, maybe that's why they haven't.

Are Macs really that useless that they cannot play a simple stream?

Great news. You just made my day. I feel so good about purchasing this. I already watched some older recaps (high bandwidth) and it was great. Thanks again.

I think it should work. You should probably contact their customer service (ATP Masters series TV, there is a tech support contact on their site) . You may need to download an additional piece of software.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I remember some posters on here contacting them about it and they said it's not compatible.

My guess is that the problem lies with the security there using and not in the actual stream so i might be not so easily fixed as it may seem.

If you have a W/L router try to disconnect it and plug in your high speed modem directly to your network card. You can also download boot camp and install Windows XP on your mac. Maybe I'm going to far here, but you can run multiple OS on your Mac. Good luck.

Re: Atp Masters Series TV

I believe the issue with Macs had something to do with the DRM/security in the site?

Re: Atp Masters Series TV

There's coverage of BOTH courts this year. Finally some common sense has prevailed.

This is the first time I've ever seen that ugly Pista Alcala in Madrid.

Re: Atp Masters Series TV

For Madrid, the service and web site organization seems both flaky and confused right now.
Hopefully, they will get their act together fairly soon.

Re: Atp Masters Series TV

If only it were available in France I would also get the annual pass
Damn Sport+ has the rights for all AMS events and they don't even show them all live...
