(If your question was directed at me...) It doesn't HAVE to be, but it is unusual for an ATP event to do the draw just one day before. Most of them do it on Friday or Saturday for a Monday start. I can't think of any other ATP tournament that does a draw on Saturday for a Sunday start.
If it doesn't bother the players, I don't really care either.
