"Baby Ali" Tsonga def Stani Wawrinka 6-7 96) 6-4 6-4 in Metz.

Never in doubt indoors and Tsonga came back from 1-4 down in the 3rd set.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

how was it never in doubt if he was down 1-4 in the 3rd set.

good win for J.W. Tsonga - I had Wawrinka winning it, but considered it a toss-up.

Tsonga in these conditions is the favourite and Wawrinka is prone to some big errors at times and will normally have 1 dumb service game per set.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

regardless of who was favored, i'm pretty sure down 1-4 in the 3rd would be considered "in doubt"

For you maybe. It was only 1 break of serve Tsonga was down.

Some players have histories of not closing out matches and sets. Wawrinka was up 2 breaks of serve in the 2nd set against Nadal in the Stuttgart final and was it surprising Nadal won the match in 2 sets. The answer is no, therefore never in doubt.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Back to the Future and yes it was expected.
